About Me

I am currently the Managing Director at CloudMatters, a Cloud Managed Services Provider based in the UK. We provide Cloud, Security and Support Services for the hospitality, retail and public sectors. Work Experience I previously worked at 25sevenIT (and then Timico) from 2012 to October 2020. Initially starting as a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer, I progressed quicklu through the Service Desk roles, before moving to the Project Delivery Team in 2014. While working in the Projects Team, I lead and assisted on several projects delivering many technologies across several verticals: Office 365 Migrations (Hybrid & Cloud-Only) - Success Story Cloud Transformation Design and Implementation - Success Story High-Scale and Resilient RDS & Citrix Farms - Success Story ADFS Implementation - Success Story By being part of a growing MSP, I was exposed to several roles in the business, helping to deliver business goals and value, eventually leading to the sale of the company. Upon sale, I assisted in the integration project that lead to a smooth transformation of technologies and processes in to the parent company infrastructure. After leaving Timico, I was a Private Consultant working to deliver business process optimisation through Integration and Automation. I provided consultancy servics for several large MSPs across the UK, working to enhance the performance of their internal systems and services to better support their customers.
